Avoid avoid avoid. Nurse hung up on my friend, repeatedly, who has been in severe pain for ten days, she was told a prescription form was sent in, and it was not, doctor refused to re-send the form, and then THREATENED my friend, (said they would refuse her as a patient) and indirectly accused her of being a drug addict (insinuating that her only goal was to get her hands on an opiate). Never waited more than an hour, great when we need to be seen for something not serious enough for the ED. Staff has always been helpful and attentive for myself and my family!
Refused a doctor's direct order for a chest x-ray, claiming they don't do "outside contract work" and that their x-ray machine is "different from every other machine". In translation, I'd say they're just plain lazy. This experience will be reported.
