I was promised a call back 3 days in a row. Nurses/receptionist are disgustingly rude and always have an attitude. Can't ever get ahold of someone and when you do they tell you they will call you back and never do. I have been in dire need of insulin for days. They sent over a prescription for the wrong insulin and when I said I couldn't use that one they told me to "just put it in my omnipod" as if u200 and u100 are the same. I explained it to the people at cvs and they understood it so im not quite sure why people working ... read more
Do not expect to get a hold of someone or to expect a phone call back. Message on mychart? That's just as much of a joke. You will need to be your own advocate at this place- call every day, message multiple times a day, and even stop in if you have to. Although stopping in is laughable since they forget about you in the waiting area. This place went downhill after Jill left.
When they have to handwrite it on the wall, it says everything about the place. Toxicity at its peak. The most unprofessional setup I’ve ever seen. Says a lot about the leadership at the workplace and the environment created. Imagine being an employee and walking in to see this as the first thing.
Growing increasingly frustrated with this practice lately. I've been a patient for 5 years and only the last 6 months have been horrific. I've been stuck without my thyroid meds (I HAVE NO THYROID) I can only get a person on the line every 5+ phone call attempts, there's no communication, clearly. I was directed by the nurses to have the pharmacy request a refill WHICH THE OFFICE THEN DENIED. I have going to this Diabetes clinic for years and for the most part I've been happy with the care. I have been without diabetes medication for 4 months now because the 2 nurses, Jennifer C, pharmacy liason and Jennifer N refuse to do a prior authorization for a medication I had been on for over 3 years. I had to change insurances and they wanted a PA (more info) from my doctor.
