Inexperienced gossip station & daycare for the workers apparently. Needed a nerve pill by the time I left. Won’t be back.
Really disappointing experience. 1st customer from abroad on holiday. I went in blonde and came out literally brunette! How anyone can get it so wrong is beyond me. I asked to touch up my roots with 2 highlights for every low light. I was shown the ‘low light’ shade and I pointed out it was too dark but was told ‘it won’t wash out leaving a red undertone’. On top of it the thickness of the colour streaks were all over the place, thick pieces and uneven. No balance in colour at all. She did not bother covering the grey strand... read more

Madison did my wedding hair (as well has my sisters and mom) and we couldn’t be happier! She was super friendly, cared about every detail, and ensured that each of us were 100% happy with the final result. She did a fantastic job!
Lauren is stuck with me at this point. She listened and offered advice and suggestions for me without making me feel like a hot mess my highlights are so so pretty!
