Called at 2:10PM yesterday to order a dozen bagels for today. Got no answer, so I tried calling 2 more times. I left a message at 2:20PM with what I wanted to order. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM!!
I asked for a whole wheat bagel, and after my order was complete was told it was not available so I went with chicken salad on a blueberry bagel. The Bagel was tough and the chicken salad was not very tasty. The The Bagel was only partially cut in half when I opened up the sandwich to eat it and had to rip it the rest of the way. Maybe I just got it on a bad day...
Since changing ownership, this place has become disappointing and unwelcoming. The staff makes you feel like you’re putting them out by showing up. I’ve been coming to this place for 10+ years and it’s extremely disappointing that I probably won’t return anymore. I’m all for giving chances but this is the 3rd time in a row that I’ve felt unwelcome, awkward and had a messed up order. Used to be one of the best places in town!
