I had Jenny do permanent eyeliners for me this past Monday. The result is gorgeous! Soft black, new style of eyeliner which does not sit ontop of lashes , but underneath! So no white showing!! Beautiful for everyday look. Best I have seen😊. Cost is very affordable and so much cheaper than poorly done liner I have seen at other salons in Edmonton !! Jenny is your girl!! Â
