This use to be my all time favorite record store but lately their prices are high. They sell used and new music here. Usually I buy the used cds but it seems like now if I buy a used cd it is no cheaper than a new one. This place is ok but the prices stink now
Make this a routine stop while out on the town This is a great little hidden treasure in Burbank. Always great music playing, lots of flyers on local bands, and a ton of cassettes, CD's & albums to choose from, including local and import bands. If that wasnt enough, treat yourself to a poster or go into a secret hidden sound/dust proof room and listen to your favorite album on a turnstyle record player. I love going here and find the service to be the best. If there is something you need, Backside will find it and order it f... read more
A small "indy" record shop with lots to find. Backside is in a great location, just down the street from Media City Center. They sell new and used records and cd's. Most of their music is "indy rock" but they have a great selection of it. The only downside to Backside? You have to leave your backpacks, drinks, etc. outside or at the door. But otherwise, it's definitely a place to visit.
not too good if you're looking for LPs, as anyone would for small name record stores, forget about it. they price way too high, and the selection isn't very good. very limited and not too good in quality.
