We have a Class A DP. Needed new awning toppers and stumbled upon Dustin with BackRoad Mobile RV. Wow, am I so glad I did. We spoke on the phone on a Friday evening, got an estimate, had everything installed by Thursday. AND HE CAME TO MY HOUSE IN INDIANA! We contacted BackRoad for an electrical problem with our 2024 Sabre. Dustin was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, efficient and friendly. We were comfortable with the work he performed. His cost was reasonable. We definitely recommend this business.
Dustin was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had issue with hot water heater and was worried due to age of camper it would mean costly replacement. Instead he repaired for $163. Would definitely recommend him!!
Amazing Service!!! Pricing Estimate was fair (and I had to pay for it, as Insurance would not cover the broken awning arms). Work was completed on time and lower than the estimate. Easy to work with and communication was great throughout. I would recommend to anyone in the Western KY region.
This guy is a rip off and I wouldn’t recommend him for the dog catcher of the year. He charged me $164.00 just to look, calculate and give me an estimate of 11,291.00. He told me my camper was totaled. He doesn’t tell you right off what he charges you. I’m on disability, taking care of my 81 year old disabled grandma and she is the one who owns everything, not me.
