I was really disappointed by my experience here. I came in with my preteen son and teen daughter. Told the salesperson/manager that we were looking for bikes for biking on roads and local trails. He told my son that he would probably want a mountain bike, and then turned to my daughter and said she would probably want an everyday bike. When I asked why the difference between what he recommended to them, he was clearly uncomfortable and didn’t give an answer. Best bike shop i have ever been to. Clayton is a great guy and the staff has always been super helpful. Even if you are not looking to buy anything, its worth a look to see all the cool stuff they have. Ignore the few negaitive reviews. Its usually people who think cycling is cheap. Check it out, talk to the staff and enjoy everything they have to offer. Hands down my favourite shop. Keep up the great work and i cant wait to stop by again 👊

Fantastic experience bringing my e-bike here. Eric diagnosed my issue with the creaky cranks immediately and my ride has never been smoother. Thanks I will be back!
July 31 someone stole my rear wheel when my bike was parked at a rack in front of my downtown clinic. I stopped in to the shop today, August 1, to talk to the guys about finding the right replacement and they not only found all that I needed but offered to do all the work and I picked it up 2 hours later! From a crappy day yesterday to a thankful day today. You guys rock!
