Purchased a brand new bike here! Excellent shop, I just don’t like getting repairs here because it always needs to be brought back within a month or two for the same problems. Definitely recommend purchasing a nice bike here, though!!!
I dropped a bike off a week ago as we needed the brakes fixed before our upcoming bike trip. When it was dropped off, the manager was very nice and said it would be ready by Wednesday despite the long weekend which we were grateful for. I called them Thursday morning as we hadn’t heard anything and they said they couldn’t find the bike and had to call us back???
