I have been going to this business since I was a kid when they were in a building just around the corner I appreciate the effort they just put into my winter ride bike that was having trouble. My bike was fixed and the cost was fair.
I bought a part of bike and when I was leaving the store, I heard the other staff sold same part with cheaper price. I claimed, but they didn't accept my asking. It happened 12 years ago, but I can't forget it.
