This is a boutique store with a great range. Everything in here is quality lightweight gear - no filler! Staff were knowledgeable and helpful and I will definitely be coming back.
Generally speaking great, knowledgeable service and guidance. Usually pretty good stock levels of various products so it's easy to try things out.
Really great customer service of two individual staff members Anastasia & Kai which I dealt with. Super professional advice and help on purchasing the right through hiking backpack. Incredibly valuable information and help given over the phone to me to make my online purchase. I then got the advice by the staff that they will assist me with a over the phone video session to help me custom fit our new backpacks that have quite a new fitting system for us that been wearing 15 years old backpacks.
