I recently had my new tent fail on me on only the second time out, so I put in a warranty claim to Backpacking Light to get it sorted. Unfortunately, due to issues beyond their direct control, that took longer than expected. But when the team heard time was running out before I was due to leave on my next trip, they pulled out all stops to make sure I had my tent ready to go, just in time! The lengths they go to to keep customers happy, it’s just not something you see anymore. Thanks team, love your work!
