Adele really listens to what you need at your appointment. Her deep tissue massage is amazing, she really knows how to get in there to fix sore muscles. She practices a number of different modalities which is a huge benefit for me. She’s constantly learning more. I have never been disappointed and recommend her whenever I get a chance!
