We had an appointment with this company last Friday, November 29, 2019 and a technician NEVER showed up. The appointment time was from 3:00PM-5:00PM and no one even bothered to call me to inform me that no technician is available. I called the company at 4:45PM, the person who answered said he will check and call me back. No one called me back.
