Every experience I've had at Backlash Beauty Bar has been fantastic! Arber and Briana are both exceptional. Attention to details have lead me to the conclusion after 30 years of having my brows shaped in many different places...Backlash is my favorite. I also love there there are some evening hours that make it easy to work around by busy schedule.

Arber left scars on my eyebrow lid. When he cut me originally I didn’t feel it and he said I must be sadistic and like pain, made comments about if I didn’t move my hand his crotch would touch it. I reached out to the owner about my eyebrow scars sending proof, to be cut short, told I’d be contacted when she had time, lied to about working hours, and then blocked so nothing had to be handled, I even reached out to Arber and he didn’t even care to say sorry, just said he doesn’t know what to say but this has never happened be... read more

I was planing my trip to Mexico and planed to do lashes for the New Year and look over glamorous and shining but unfortunately, although Arber has outstanding personality and seemed to try hard and put lot of attention to details but my lashes fallen off in few days completely. which was the great disappointment and disaster for me since it couldn't even go through until my trip and i needed to use the artificial glue lashes as an emergency.
