Not sure if this company is still in business or not, or if my posting got erased. Probably the worst customer svc anyone could ever receive. Apparently from what I see online this company should be best. But far from it!!! Right after a quote I called about two weeks later and I talked to the lady. The Backhoe Lady crew showed up when they said they would to give an estimate for the job and then to get the job done. The work they did on our washboard, bumpy and rutted dirt/gravel driveway is perfect and so smooth. It also withstood all of the recent rains. Well done!!!

Cindy and her team are incredibly customer-service-oriented and do everything they can to help and represent the interests of their clients. Cindy is great to deal with. She came out to check out my arena needs, sent me 3 different estimates for me to consider, and was straight forward and easy to deal with. Date was set, her crew showed up on time, and even when there was an issue with the footing, they returned and made it terrific. I highly recommend the Backhoe Lady!
