The background check was completed in a very timely fashion. There was a glitch in the app that would not let me verify parts of my profile . Once I was able to get a phone number their staff was extremely pleasant and were able to set me up immediately. Very easy staff to work with.

Out of nowhere I began having trouble to reapply. I’ve done it for years but this year was different. After struggling with issues, I reached out for help and had my issue resolved in a matter of days. Very quickly and efficiently. Thank you

I wish there was an alternative for the schools. I've never had any issues when it came to getting background checks until I had to go through this company. Worst experience! Still waiting on my volunteer clearance at my son's school. No sense of urgency on Bchex part! Clean history...my application isn't that difficult to process. It's going in 2 weeks! Don't advertise 24-48 hr turnaround time if you can't do it. Not pleased at all!

Staff were very polite upon greeting visitors into the center. I was also seen within a timely manor . Center cleanliness rated 10 as being very good. Medical staff knowledgeable of policy and procedure.
