The background check was completed in a very timely fashion. There was a glitch in the app that would not let me verify parts of my profile . Once I was able to get a phone number their staff was extremely pleasant and were able to set me up immediately. Very easy staff to work with.
Bchex services was pretty quick and easy. I had a few questions regarding some information and received timely and clear responses that helped me to keep he process moving.
Staff were very polite upon greeting visitors into the center. I was also seen within a timely manor . Center cleanliness rated 10 as being very good. Medical staff knowledgeable of policy and procedure.
Lab I was assigned to have screening no longer services organization. I called another lab to get screening done my donor Pass was expiring Immediately I sent email with details they sent new pass
Great people and literally the best customer service ever. Was super quick and easy to use. I did the whole thing on my phone in a few minutes.
