I’ve been seeing Ashima for physiotherapy and couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Ashima takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and tailor treatment to my needs. I always leave my sessions feeling supported and confident in my recovery plan. Ashima was friendly, professional and courteous she was. She took the time to understand how I did my injury; always explaining what she was doing and the benefits of doing it. At the end, she explained some exercises that she wanted me to do at home. She demonstrated them for me first and then prepared a handout with all the exercises that I needed to do. It was my first time visiting a physio and definitely an enjoyable experience.
Humani has been a godsend for me. She has given me Humani has been a godsend and has given me my mobiliy back. Her kind approach to me has been wonderful. Humani is very caring and considerate. We laugh through the whole session.
