A big shout out to Ashima. Ashima has been working with me since my stroke and ankle collapse, with ongoing work into the future. She is a great collaborator if you not only want to walk again, but to go further and excel in recovery fitness. Came out of the session today feeling like Superman. Really enjoy our sessions and highly recommend her. Funny, smart, human, professional, strict, but encouraging: everything you need to better yourself.

Ashima has provided excellent advice and care as I have recovered from some small fractures in my ankle. Her treatment plan has been thorough and she has provided good advice when I have needed additional scans. Her reassuring and professional nature has been appreciated. I highly recommend Ashima
My Daughter has on going sports injuries! Ashima has been amazing and getting my daughter prepped and back ready to be able to play again. Highly recommend
