Don't rely on them. Put in a request 2 weeks ago. Called 3 separate times, and keep getting told he would be out in the next 2 days. Finally told them to cancel after the last call. Scheduling isn't very formal, seems like he just gets to it when he gets to it. They could never nail down a day, or tell me if I would get a call when he was coming or anything. Guess he just shows up when he can.
We've been using Richard and Diane's services for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Great service, on time, and always professional. Appreciate them automatically filing the report with Delaware Water as well- thank you!!
The friendliest and most professional people you will ever work with. They are very easy to contact and schedule and you can be sure Richard will be there when he says he will. Called Richard and Diane in February 2023 for backflow test of commercial property. Richard did back flow test but said it failed. He never provided paperwork. Said he thought test failed because it was too cold and wanted to retest when warmer. I texted, emailed, called numerous times to get Richard to retest. Talked to Diane and she said Richard was checking the repairs that were needed. Over a course of 4 months they never responded back to me. This week water pipe started gushing water.
