This is absolutely the worst company ever. They used to be responsive to call but the last 2-3 years you cannot get through by phone. Usually takes 12-24 hours to get a response by email. And when you do, it’s not helpful. My backflo pump alarm was going off. Three days later the only responses were “I don’t know why your alarm would be going off” and a day later “we don’t deal with that!” What?!?! Are you kidding? Can’t say enough good things about this team! I had just moved into my house and got notice that I needed to complete the BAT annual inspection or my water would be shut off (previous owner had missed the notices due to the timing of the sale). Within an hour of emailing them, I had an appointment the next day. They completed the inspection and sent a copy to the city all on the same day. They also added me to their annual inspection list. Would recommend them to anyone!
