Dr. Giana chose to open her practice in the beautiful village of Rothschild because she fell in love with Central Wisconsin after attending UW-Stevens Point. Dr. Giana left the area to attend chiropractic school but knew she wanted to return to Central Wisconsin to raise a family and open a practice.

We absolutely love Dr. Gianna Backes. She sees our entire family, infant and up, and is wonderful with all ages. She listens and explains things in great understanding manner. We have seen great improvement in our overall health since seeing her.
I love coming here for my adjustments. It really helps with my chronic back and neck pain. Great prices and well worth it. Dr. Giana and Maggie are so wonderful! If you are looking for a chiropractor, this is it!!
I have had nothing but positive results ever since starting to be adjusted by Dr. Giana! I appreciate her overall attentiveness to the entire body opposed to just the problem areas which I feel has really helped improve my health and condition overall! Not to mention her and Maggie are amazing and I look forward to seeing them every two weeks!!
Going to Dr. Giana has saved me this pregnancy! I managed to go thru half of my pregnancy so far with limited headaches/migraines. She listens to all my concerns and complaints and helps me as best as possible. I love that she does scans that give you feedback and it really proves that chiropractic does help! Her office is very family friendly and it’s so nice I can bring my kids with me and they have something to do for them everytime. Highly recommend making the drive like I do!
I am not one to do reviews but, Dr Giana has been amazing for me and my 2 yr old Axel. I was always so skeptical about going to a chiropractor but being a sonographer for 22 years has taken a toll on my body. Although, I was hesitant at first…I actually started out just taking Axel because he was struggling with bowel movements and belly aches as an infant. I saw how it helped him.
