Best and most reasonable photo source in the U.S. – Having dealt with Backdrop Outlet for many years, I find their products and service to be extraordinary. If I got someone on the phone that did not give me the service, I asked for another person to help me and was always left satisfied and their prices on backgrounds, props and lighting products were the best in the country. Love this company......
Love this place – I love this place. I have improved my portrait sales because of the great backgrounds and props I have bought from them. They have some amazing sales.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE – I rarely complain or take the time to post negativity into the world, but this has got to be the absolute worst company I have EVER dealt with. About a year ago I placed an order... they charged my credit card for the whole amount, but didn't ship part of my order. I emailed, and called, and emailed to find out when I would receive the (rather large) item. I was told it was now out of season and I could expect it in about 6 months. WHAT?
