Horrible customer service. Ordered a custom backdrop for an event- told them when I needed it by. Day before event I get a shipping notice that it won’t arrive until after the event. The company doesn’t even have a phone number you can call nor will they call me back. Don’t ruin your event by buying from them- choose a reputable vendor who understands customer service.
Ordered Jan 24, canceled a month later. 4 months later, still no refund OR product! $1000!!!
Horrible, wait time is months for your order.. I cancelled mine because of this outrageous turn around time... guess what, still haven't gotten my refund 4 months later... horrible business
