Had a flat drove in at 4:00 they had it fixed and on my way at 4:45 *****
Worst location ever, called to make an appointment for alignment and they said 3pm. I arrived 15 min early and it's 4pm and I'm still waiting... long story short, they just don't want to work, they keep walking back and forth and to top it off they take a walk in costumer before me "because he's a wholesaler" which was a lie since I had a conversation with him. Which he's also mad since his car been sitting in the alignment rack for an hour.
They did amazing work on my van! And they also accept element fleet vehicles which is awesome, best price around town!!
I highly recommend Back Door Tire in Norwood!! Marcus went above and beyond for me not only once but multiple times! He was so helpful and kind. Please give this place a chance! They are the best around. Thanks for everything Marcus!
