Called ahead and got my tire patched very quick. Friendly people and not overpriced!
I can’t recommend Back Door Tires highly enough! My car was towed miles away with two blown tires, and we arrived at a quarter to 6 PM — literally just before closing. From the moment we walked in, Andrew immediately took us in, helped me select brand-new tires, and installed them on the spot without hesitation. He was professional, courteous, and clearly cared about making sure my car and my son were safe. Terrible customer service. Reliable source recommended this place, so I called and made an appointment. They insisted I drop my truck off early because it was a supposed 2-hour job. At 3:30pm, I call to check, they say it’s ready but never bothered to call me like they said they would . I arrive, pay, pick up my truck, and realize there’s no alignment sheet inside.
