I went in to have my car realigned and get a new wheel. Obviously, I wanted the wheel attended to first as to not disrupt the alignment after the fact. Apparently, there was a miscommunication, even though every time I would get on the phone with them (at least three times) I would mention the alignment along with figuring out pricing on the wheel. Waste of time every time. I come from Stoughton which is a 20+ min drive (not counting drive back) and I always call before going. They always tell me I can show up and be serviced immediately, just to have me wait 1+ hours for them to finish a car before mine. They need to be better at giving accurate wait times
