I was refused to be seen because I was 8 mins late. I was told my sessions are typically 20 mins and since I was “15 mins” late I couldn’t be seen. I’ve been to this location 3 times and ALL of my session never last less than 30 mins; the waiting area was empty. I sat in my car until 415 to schedule another appointment at another facility and went back in to cancel my next appointment, no one enter during this time, they only left; I could have been seen in this “20 mins”. I had an absolutely wonderful appointment with Morgan!! I went in with chronic neck pain and I left being able to actually move my neck again. Not only is she one of the sweetest people I know, but she is thorough and actually listens to you and takes notes to determine the best treatment for your needs. A+ experience. I will be going back!

I had never been to a chiropractor in my life but going through my pregnancy, I realized how much I needed it. Morgan is amazing- she explained everything to me in depth and could tell she really cared, and really listened. I feel so much better even just after one visit. She made sure I understood everything she was doing but was not pushy at all and made certain I was comfortable with everything.

Extremely good chiropractors (and I would know as I have had some peaches in the past!) Josh, Morgan, and Tyler are ALL excellent. New location has no stairs, close parking so easy to get in.

The whole team at Backcountry rocks! They always get me in quickly, spend a lot of time understanding my issues, and fully warm up the painful area before adjusting. I always walk out feeling a million times better than when I walk in!
