Called to repair our rv toilet. Suggested buying new. Scheduled for next day at 2pm. Was going to source toilet and text pricing. No word. I texted, and he said the cheapest one was >350, and didn't feel right charging that much plus service fee. Texted me with Amazon link to same toilet we have, and told me how to replace. He was working on a neighbor's camper and before he left for the night he came over to take a look at our air conditioning unit. He was able to fix it right on the spot. His prices were very reasonable, and his word to take a look at ours the same night showed good care and compassion for others.
Very prompt. Came out same day. Very professional and did great work. Also very reasonable and fair in his charges. I would use them again in an instant.
