I have never been treated worse then walking into this store. My 4 year old child who asked to use restroom was verbally attacked by a very mean foul-mouthed store owner. The store clerk ran after us to let us know that the lady is Special Ed. But owned the weestablishment.which added even more insult to the situation because the four year old she chose to go after is autistic. Shame on you for treating children poorly!
Tonda's really knowledgeable and provides great customer service! I love my new better sweater from Patagonia. Perfect for many days in Moscow weather. Just got a new Atom 8L that works really well for carting all my diabetes supplies and extra sugar, backcountry or city. Will be back again, and would recommend it to everyone!
Tonda is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. New to fly fishing, he helped me navigate my first rod and reel purchase and is always a pleasure to talk to giving me great advice on casting, fishing spots, flies, and gear. I can't recommend his shop enough. He's helped me fall in love with fly fishing and it is great to have his shop on the Palouse!

Tonda absolutely knows the products that he carries and is a wonderful salesman. I bought a Patagonia sweater jacket yesterday and have received several compliments on it. I have directed them to backcountrylark online and to his store in downtown Moscow. I hope Tonda considers using punch cards as I expect to shop here often. Jason Mayer
