Scott is simply amazing. From the moment I spoke with him on the phone I knew I wanted to bring him on to be our chef for our small post-wedding dinner. Everything he created was absolutely out of this world and exactly what I was hoping for. He was so generous with his insight and take on things, which was life saving for someone like myself who had zero experience in dinner planning. Scott helped us create the most perfect special evening with our family over the 4th of July. The food was phenomenal and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Scott recreated a family recipe seamlessly into the menu making our dinner so personal. Thank you for a fabulous event and we can't wait to plan our next one!
Can't recommend Scott highly enough for a private dining experience. I was in Bozeman with 10 guys for my brother's bachelor party, and we wanted a nice meal at the house one night. Scott was extremely easy to coordinate with, and worked with our preferences and price range while still giving some strong suggestions based on his expertise. Scott is an incredibly talented chef. We had an incredible artistic meal with locally sourced and foraged Montana foods for my parents 50th anniversary that looked as if it were created in a Michelin rated restaurant. He created such a unique and delicious meal that my parents have brought it up every day since we dined!! Thank you Scott for the amazing meal!
