Scott helped us create the most perfect special evening with our family over the 4th of July. The food was phenomenal and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Scott recreated a family recipe seamlessly into the menu making our dinner so personal. Thank you for a fabulous event and we can't wait to plan our next one!
Can't recommend Scott highly enough for a private dining experience. I was in Bozeman with 10 guys for my brother's bachelor party, and we wanted a nice meal at the house one night. Scott was extremely easy to coordinate with, and worked with our preferences and price range while still giving some strong suggestions based on his expertise. Scott is an incredibly talented chef. We had an incredible artistic meal with locally sourced and foraged Montana foods for my parents 50th anniversary that looked as if it were created in a Michelin rated restaurant. He created such a unique and delicious meal that my parents have brought it up every day since we dined!! Thank you Scott for the amazing meal!
Chef Scott is easy to work with, professional and incredible at his craft. Given his access to a wide array of local ingredients as well as his ability to source anything else needed, talking thorough menu options with chef Scott was a very fun (and educational experience). Chef Scott prepared an incredible and memorable meal for us while in Big Sky. Highly recommend.
