Alicia was so easy to talk to and and communicate with. Her energy was amazing. She knew exactly where I was holding stress and used multiple methods to release my tension while keeping me still in a relaxed date. Lauren is wonderful ! I came in with extreme sciatica pain and she did so much in our one hour session to help me stretch and get me closer to feeling some relief . She applied the amount of pressure I needed , spent time stretching my legs which was much needed , and overall gave a very relaxing and therapeutic massage . I would highly recommend her and look forward to seeing her again . Also Back and Body MLI has the best prices around for a genuinely high quality massage .

I haven't been to Back and Body in a while and after my mother recently passed I definitely needed to de-stress. Arielle was wonderful! I got one for me and another for a friend who was a no show so I took the 3 hours and it was amazing! Had something going on with my hamstrings and that's gone as well as lower back pain that I am used to daily! Ahh, thank you. I will be back! 😊

Absolutely loved my massage with Sunny. First time here and only my third massage ever but I felt very catered to with my issues and loved that Sunny talked me through my problem areas and helped me understand my body better! Will definitely be back and 10/10 recommend! Warm and welcoming upon arrival and so cute and cozy!
