I throughly enjoy my time whenever I go to back and body. Lauren is great. She explains everything she does and why. What muscles are affecting which. She really knows her stuff and she knows what needs to be worked on in the small amount of time I’m there. She is very thorough in her work and does focus on what I need. I trust her judgement to help me relieve the pain and I trust she knows what muscles need to be relaxed and how. Would 100% recommend Lauren and I always look forward to my time slot with her.
