I had an absolutely amazing massage here yesterday. Tim went above and beyond and checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. The environment was so relaxing, I didn’t want the mage to end. Such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to family and friends.
Lauren is wonderful ! I came in with extreme sciatica pain and she did so much in our one hour session to help me stretch and get me closer to feeling some relief . She applied the amount of pressure I needed , spent time stretching my legs which was much needed , and overall gave a very relaxing and therapeutic massage . I would highly recommend her and look forward to seeing her again . Also Back and Body MLI has the best prices around for a genuinely high quality massage .
Service Received: Combination Massage with Mindy I. My first massage here, the staff were very friendly and informative. Facility was clean and peaceful atmosphere. Mindy asked a lot of questions to get the information to best treat my conditions. The massage was fantastic, best massage I have ever received. Already booked another appointment for tomorrow. 5 stars!!!!

This space is great, well cared for and clean. I’ve been going to see Tim for years (and my Mom saw him for years before me). I trust him completely, he asks great questions, adjusts as needed and always gives my muscles some relief while working through the tough spots.
