Everything was great early on. I provided a workflow document of my needs and requirements that was discussed often using the basecamp project management app. I was told sure no problem. I was never told we cant do that. When things became challenging and I started getting blacklisted I asked for a copy of the correspondence and was told they didn't have it anymore.
