I contacted Back2Strength a few months ago about booking an appointment by WhatsApp. The message was read the same same day but never responded to.
I suffered a foot and heel injury during a run, after 12 weeks of rest there had been no improvement and I was restricted to very minimal movement and my running had stopped completely. Back2Strength are affiliated with my running club and I was able to book an appointment with Alfie. After 3 appointments and 8 weeks later I have seen great improvement in the injury and have been able to begin running and play hockey again. I have only been once but will be definitely going again. Very professional and had so much knowledge. Alfie explained what I needed to do and recommended a few things in the treatment. Friendly and considerate, honestly can’t recommend Back2Strength enough 😁 thank you for a great service 👍🏼
Went to get some aches and pains sorted in my back and shoulder. Had an hour session and once that was finished i felt great again. Even gave me preventative exercises that fit into my workouts to help stop the issue reoccurring! Very professional with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. 10 out of 10 for me and will recommend to anyone 👍🏻
