They picked up my rug for cleaning. Paid $200 upfront and now no rug or answers when calling or messaging. SCAM !!! Wont be so trusting next time

After a sent a picture of my oil stain I had in my carpet, a gentlemen was at my house within the hour. 10/10 service I definitely recommend!
Had booked an appointment for 11am arrival never had a curtacey call letting me know that the tech will be running late for him to then arrive over 2.5hrs later. Once arrived there was no proffesinalism no courtesy whilst in my own house and just done a half ass job that's always taken other company's an hour took him less than 20min from start to finsih with no sanitising or nice scent left one the job was partially started nowhere near complete.
