Loved my massage with Aric! He worked on some of my sticky and ropey muscles, and explained everything so I actually learned more about my body. He also taught me some simple stretches to counteract habitual posture from looking down all the time at a computer, phone, book etc. Aric has a background in assisting bike riders and really knows his stuff. He’s an interesting guy to talk with too.
