It seems this is a scam to get low hanging fruit of a non-refundable $5,000 for a design without knowing what the customer wants. I asked for suggestions and was denied any answers of what might fit and work for our limited back yard space. To get any idea of what might work for me and my family was responded with I will not tell you and I have no answers until you pay the sum. Jerry Ponzo was the person I spoke with claiming the 22 years in business could not help in selling me what I wanted for my back yard.
Jerry Ponzo is a horribly rude person and doesn't care about special needs children. Doesn't deserve your business.

Could not be happier with the results! The name of his company says it all.
