Back Woods Catering came through with good quality, delicious chicken dressing, although it had more/different seasoning than our family recipe. Two fam members raved about it; two missed family recipe; two good with either. All the family agreed the giblet gravy seemed like a spicy Cajun sauce (thin/brothy&clear; seafood undertones). Great local business!
They catered my parents 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. I have also been to several events that they have catered and they have all been top notch! I would highly recommend them!
