Disappointing Customer Service I received the most horrifying customer service at Back to the Rack this afternoon. I was completely shocked to receive this level of customer service in a community where consignment stores are really competitive. The older woman behind the counter was rude and talked down to me. This is definitely not a way to treat a new customer! I would NEVER go back this store and would recommend customers steer away from it.
