I have been a client of Back to Self Body Work for 8 months. I always feel renewed and more grounded after a Bowen session. I don’t know how the magic works but it just does!
Working with Caran has been wonderful! I feel so relaxed and comfortable in each session and have noticed a reduction in shoulder and back pain and improvement in my posture. Bowen work is magical, and Caran is an incredibly skilled and intuitive practitioner. I’m excited to keep seeing her for even more results!
