Several deer, a few fender benders, hail damage, and a couple of self-inflicted wounds have befallen our vehicles over the past 2 decades. We got lucky and called them out of the blue back then, but have since recommended BTO many, many times. They’ve treated us great, worked seamlessly with our insurance provider, and done really fine work on our late model vehicles.
Over the past 20+ years they have provided me with excellent quality and costumer service. My repairs include: deer damage, hail damage and car collision. A#1 company!
Don and Lexi are so friendly and knowledgeable. The work done is perfect. So glad they offered to work with my insurance company and get the work done local and quickly.
They use to be so good. 2nd time I have been in. Very disapointed. Won't be back.
