A story of broken promises that started from the initial meeting that continued with our unsuccessful attempt to be compensated for additional expenses we incurred by this company during their project. Our project was extended months longer than promised and sadly ended with us having to hire our own electrician to repair damage and fix errors that Back to Normal caused. The team at BTN was spectacular in preparing severe water damage caused by a HVAC company's leak. They weee on time, efficient, thorough. The companies that they used for carpet was the best for high quality and many choices. I would strongly recommend BTN for any renovations or repairs.
Slow to respond to communication. Can’t keep dates for work to be done. Slow to respond. I do not recommend this business.
Needed major flooring repair/restoration (including sub-floor and joist repair). They did great work at very reasonable price !! Job encountered number of unforeseen problems, which BTN addressed and resolved quickly, without missing a step. They are a one-stop, turn-key operator that makes you glad you went with them. I already have plans to use them for another renovation I have in mind.
I was assigned Tim and he's been extremely unreliable.
