The physical therapy place in the region. This man actually listens. He doesn't sit you in a chair and say ben left bend right then hook an electrode to you and act like he's helping..this man spends a few minutes specifically detailing the exact exercises you need to recover and then commences to raking your neck, back and hip into the actual stretches you need to feel better. An outstanding physical therapy clinic. As gym owners, my wife and I go from time to time ourselves and have gained invaluable knowledge about our own physical concerns, and were given excellent advice every time. Each half hour appointment is 30 minutes of hands-on, one-on-one stretching by either Nicky or Drew - you aren't shuffled off into a corner to do some exercises on your own.
