As gym owners, my wife and I go from time to time ourselves and have gained invaluable knowledge about our own physical concerns, and were given excellent advice every time. Each half hour appointment is 30 minutes of hands-on, one-on-one stretching by either Nicky or Drew - you aren't shuffled off into a corner to do some exercises on your own.
