I have placed countless calls to this salon over the last 3 wks. I have tried calling on different days of the week, various times throughout the day, and have even sent Facebook Messenger messages all to which have gone unanswered. Today I finally spoke with an employee who I still was not able to simply make an appointment for my daughter and niece to get haircuts. Rather than scheduling the 2 apps the female took my # and said the stylist would call me back however I was never contacted.
