Whoa, before I really even got started I had a bad experience. I had just got my foot in the door and was completing paperwork. It seems the ?Office Manager (sorry do not know her name, woman with blonde-hair and heels) feels at ease confronting and really berating the receptionists in front of all the clients who are in the waiting area. She was loud and mean. Her words should not even have been said in private to the workers, and her attitude was really so off-putting. I am currently in PT at this facility. The experience has been satisfying to this point Staff has been very heplful and friendly. And they are very professional and knowledgeable with respect to their jobs
The most amazing experience at the Sheepshead Bay location! The front desk is very nice and polite, attentive to all your needs and and we u e'er around. There is no wait period, you come in and out just as promised. Doctor and therapists are beyond caring, polite and professional. This office is one of the kind for providing excellent patient care on all levels. Thank you, guys!
The facility in West Orange can be very crowded with 28 or so tables that are often all filled at the same time. You can spend well over an hour trying to get in a 30 minute session because you have to wait for equipment or wait for a therapist to give you instruction. At times everyone there seems overwhelmed with the volume of patients The therapists do not seem to have the same experience level. I have been going to JAG for a couple of weeks. Jeff, Tim, Peggy and specially Mike are the best physical therapists I have met. They monitor your progress and they make sure that you are doing the stretches the right way. They can't be perfect, so they have that front desk Emily, who have very poor customer service, either by phone or in person.
