Customer service deteriorated over the years. JAG used to have sweet friendly people as the first person a patient encountered. Twice, at JAG locations, the first person I met was unclear. Amira or whoever answers the phones at E. 17th Street, needs coaching or reassignment to a role more suited to her skill set (not working with people!) Unsure if she doesn't like working with people, is oblivious to how rude she comes across, or was having a bad day. After both experiences, I cannot recommend this place. I came in with a wrist injury and so far within ~3 sessions, they've been a tremendous help in mitigating the pain. I enjoy the cosy atmosphere and professionalism of the place and would recommend this to anyone with any lagging injury or hinderance
