JAG Physical Therapy has been a vital part of my recovery journey, but my most recent appointment was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the staff was completely unacceptable. The Indian receptionist with black glasses at the front desk misled me about my scheduled appointment, which not only undermined my experience but also made me feel gaslit about my visit. I am going here to help my MS symptoms/balance issues. As a person who never really had athletic success I was nervous starting. Chinmay really helped me with my confidence and is incredible. I show up confidently now and have seen progress farther than I would have ever imagined.
An excellent place to be
I love coming here the staff are all wonderful. Especially Amy the patient manager she is very caring and concerned about each patient needs. Amy goes above and beyond and she arrives extra early so patient who comes by Access A Ride is not outside waiting in the cold. Amy thank you for always being there and supporting me. I truly appreciate you.
JAG Newkirk has a good vibe. The PTs and assistants are attentive and provide good exercises to get me back to the life I love. My absolute favorite PT is Pravallika Yadamreddy. She works hard to figure out what needs to be done, what stretches or movements are helping or hindering healing. And her ability to find my pressure points during treatment are amazing. She is a rock star PT!
