my therapist, Prabhnoor,is great,as are the other therapists. the waiting time is not bad and the experience is positive.
I don't know where all these 5 star reviews are coming from; maybe they're not about the Newkirk location. That's the one I went to. It was totally inadequate. I went for a knee problem. I saw a PT once, after that I saw some other people who just had me do exercises, basically on my own. Other than my first check in appt, no one ever asked how I was feeling, what the issue was, or how the exercises felt. No one ever supervised or corrected my exercises.
