Oh my gosh! Ellen is a lifesaver. I went in for lower back pain in pregnancy that was starting to affect my day to day. Before going in, I had to have assistance standing up and lifting my toddler and found I was doing the pregnant wobble more than usual. After one session with Ellen I can get up and down without any assistance and my pain is already at a minimum, I don’t wobble as I walk and I can’t pick up my toddler again!! Went today for my very colicky baby who cries and cries and cries and this was suggested to me through mums page - baby went to sleep without a fuss so far, usually he puts up a fight and takes forever to put to sleep for the night. If you want sleep - see this lady.
