Awesome place! A coworker told me about Bob's Back To Basics. She loves her boots she wears from there, and suggested I check it out. My son, who is not a cookie cutter kid, was looking for Western wear for his first formal. With excellent customer service he found just what he was looking for. No other place to even thinking about going. The knowledge that the staff has is just insurmountable by anyone else. I love the variety and selection of boots, clothing, hats, belt buckles, belts, jewelry, accessories. Just an incredible one stop for that one thing you can't find to tie your entire outfit together or to make your entire ensemble. The staff could not be any better. I would rank them 6 out of 5 if I could.
Love the selection of boots. Plus the customer service is awesome. They were able to stretch the boots the little bit needed to make them feel great. They are very knowledgeable about the products. Hope to come back and shop again.
