Catherine Jones is the best! She is has exceptional health communication and truly cares about her patients. She is worth the commute!
Catherine Jones is one of the best PCP I've seen in a very long time. I'd even say shes better than several Dr's ive seen or had in a long time. Shes patient, understanding, listens, she takes time to talk and explain your symptoms/medical problems. Shes quick with getting Approvalals for other Specialist or Dr's..She returns messages and questions pretty much by the end of the day if not before. I have PTSD caused by a Dr or two. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Simone! She is incredibly kind, attentive, patient, calm, and caring. She took the time to listen to both me and my husband, answered our questions, and explained everything in a very clear and thoughtful way. What I appreciated the most was how human and personalized the care felt. We never felt rushed, and we truly felt heard and well cared for. I found both the patient care from Simone and the overall communication to be extremely lacking. I had several visits with Simone and she seemed very scattered at each appointment. For example, I had testing done here that included a vaginal swab. The test came back positive for something I knew I did not have- I ended up doing follow up testing with an independent lab that confirmed the initial result was a false positive.
