The Keto challenge was awesome! Lots of info but dished out in an easy-to-grasp format! I would definitely recommend Angie for any diet/nutritional needs you may have!
My health is hit and miss sometimes. between long shifts at work, lack of sleep, and my eccentric lifestyle... sometimes I don't feel up to par. Back to Basics has really helped guide my recoveries over the years, and helped me stay functional! The staff are always inviting, and whenever I visit Spearfish, they always wiggle me nicely into their schedule. Also, the acupuncture guy who shares the same office is pretty neat-o. I can't recommend these guys enough!
Janeen is amazing her nutrition response testing techniques are able to find and fix problems that are unfixable any where else.
