My latest journey in my quest to not hurt brought me to Karen not for my usual relaxation massage but for a very different reason: my sad and weak pelvic floor. With Karen’s guidance and knowledge I’m happy to say that I not only can consciously turn on those muscles to strengthen them but I can also…wait for it…cough, sneeze and jump on a trampoline without leaking!
