The whole office is very friendly and Bo and Holly were awesome to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I would like to start by saying that I am currently a practicing physical therapist for Back to Action. However, my review is not intended as a reflection of the physical therapy services here, but rather an endorsement for our massage therapist Kimberly Stewart. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have had the pleasure of going to as a patient and working alongside as a colleague. All here was good until I phoned to reschedule an appt. that was 3 hrs outside of the 24hr cancellation. They were extremely quick to advise me that I was now responsible for a 20.00 fee. This is of course after having to provide a reason for rescheduling which apparently was not a good enough. I did go on to remind the phone person about when they had cancelled an appt on me due to a sick therapist outside of the 24 hr window. I don't recall receiving a 20.00 discount or refund. Outstanding physical therapists and massage therapists! I found Paradigm several years ago when I needed rehab after surgery for a torn achilles tendon. I'm an avid runner and it was important to me that I get back to 100%. I sure did with their help, and fast forward a few years to another significant injury, same leg, this time a badly broken ankle. Same drill...outstanding PT and I got back to 100% again.
