Buyer Beware. Do not use this company. I bought 2 cold/heat packs and ordered the wrong size. I received authorization to return them and got confirmation that they were received. The contact, Jeff, told me via phone call and message that my money would be refunded. That was 6 weeks ago. Still no refund. The products were $100 and the cost to return them was $48-50. I wish I could give 0 stars.
