When I called for a quote, they provided two available dates. After I shared the details, they claimed those dates suddenly weren’t available—despite the estimator still being available. Instead of offering alternatives, they just said, “Sorry, we can't help you.” That was a poor customer experience.
They showed up late and came unprepared—with no tools—forcing my husband to buy a toolkit so they could disassemble and reassemble our furniture. Four movers spent an entire day on our two-bedroom move, damaged multiple items, and incorrectly assembled two beds. Now we must hire someone else to fix their mistakes. I don’t usually write google reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others—this was a truly unacceptable experience with Back Savers Moving.

Having moved 10x in the past 25 years both locally and cross country I highly recommend Back Savers Moving. Great communication with owner Josh which was vital as we were moving from southern Oregon to a high rise condo building with strict move in requirement The movers, John and Paul were true professionals with great attitude and efficiency which made the move so much easier. If you are looking for a professional moving service look no further.
We were in a pinch. The original movers never showed up. We needed to be out of our house within 3 hours. Johnny & Curtis showed and worked non stop for 6.5 hours. I would definitely recommend anyone to Back Savers. They saved the day. Thank you
