The experience started off well—great payment system and responsive customer service. However, during the cleaning, the cleaners seemed unaware of what was included, and I kept receiving calls about what was or wasn't part of the service. The quote was based on tasks (e.g., cleaning the fridge, mopping floors), not time. They quoted me $320, then bumped it to $400. Still, they only cleaned my kitchen and a bathroom instead of the whole house—despite the rep promising full service. After three slow hours, the staff said they had "no intent" to clean other rooms. They were rude, and the office stopped returning my calls. Overall, a disappointing experience.Â
I booked this company for a deep clean before my engagement party. They sent just one cleaner—pleasant and professional—who worked from 9 AM to 9 PM, but clearly that wasn’t enough for a 7‑room house. New to area and selected Back Savers after calling around and getting quotes. When cleaners were here, found out I was being charged an additional 2 hrs of labor, not mentioned when quoted, for their drive from Medford to north Ashland... there were other issues too. But most disappointed by false quote / 50% "travel" up-charge. Thankfully had new neighbors and work colleagues recommend long trusted alternatives... given our experience, suggest leveraging word-of-mouth recommendations as opposed to what you find online.Â
